This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which fee payments made through Feebook may be refunded or cancelled.
Feebook acts as a technology facilitator that enables students and parents to pay educational fees online to respective schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational organizations.

Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:
If you accidentally pay the same fee more than once for the same student and term/session, a refund request can be initiated.
If a payment is debited from your account/card but does not get confirmed on the Feebook portal due to a technical error, a reversal will be processed after confirmation from the payment gateway.
If a payment exceeds the actual fee amount due (due to incorrect input or system issues), the excess amount may be refunded, subject to approval by the educational institution.
In case of disputed or unauthorized transactions, the request will be processed only after proper investigation and documentation.

Feebook is a payment facilitation platform. We are not liable for delays, denials, or rejections of refund requests by institutions. We only process refunds after receiving formal approval from the institution concerned.
